Product Description: Heat exchanger plate&gasket are the main part of Removable Plate Heat Exchanger. The plates are designed to be thin with 0.4mm to 0.6mm thickness, to make sure of high heat transfer efficiency. But at the same time, as time pass by, the plates might be damaged. Especially for those corrosive working conditions. The plates are designed to be corrugated shape in order to increase the heat transfer area on each plate. But this shape get easier to be dirty if the working medium is not so clean. In these two cases, the plates need to be replaced. Our heat exchanger plates are specially for replacement of original plates for plate and frame heat exchanger.
